When submitting artwork,
including, but not limited to, logos, statements, photographs, or other
intellectual work, you warrant that you are the legal owner or licensee
of the artwork. Keen Promos is not responsible for any trademark and/or
copyright violations that occur as a result of a customer's negligence
regarding applicable trademark and/or copyright laws.
Upon submission of
artwork to Keen Promos, you agree to defend at your own expense any trademark
and/or copyright violations that may ensue.
