How does the order
process work? 2. Once you've found what you were looking for, submit a request for your order. 3. Submit your contact information as requested. If you prefer, you are welcome to place your order via telephone—just give us a call. 4. After you submit your order request, a Keen Promos sales rep will contact you if additional information is needed to porcess your order request. 5. Submit your camera-ready artwork to Keen Promos at: artwork@keenpromos.com. If we already have your artwork on file, let us know by emailing us at: artwork@keenpromos.com. 6. Per your instructions, a Keen Promos Graphics Specialist will format your artwork and/or text to fit your product(s). 7. Once your artwork and/or text have been formatted, you will receive a "proof" showing the layout of your artwork and/or text on your product(s). Your proof will be faxed/emailed to the contact email address you specified when you placed your order. Let us know if there are any revisions to the proof and we'll take care of it. If you're happy with your proof, sign-off on the proof giving us your permission to send your product(s) to the printing floor. 8. Along with your proof, you will receive a "quote" for your order. This quote will include any additional charges (e.g., rush service, special shipping, additional colors, etc.) being placed on your order. Once you approve your quote, we will give the printing floor the go ahead to print your product(s). 9. Your credit card, checking account, or Keen Promos Business account will be billed and your order will be shipped upon completion. |
